1-) Show that you are alive.
Just hearing you breathe can be enough for most of us, but some of us prefer more of a "vocal" approach (like we need to feel your level of arousal from the tone of your moaning and panting).
Also, it would be nice if your hands and your mouth weren't just unoccupied. Touch, feel and explore. Kiss him, pull him a little closer with your arms (without really disrupting his rythm, if possible).
2-) Show that you are functional.
We also like knowing that you don't have a spinal cord injury, and can go on top, and change positions when you want to, and sort of lead us (without taking over the control).
For example, using the word "please" or begging for something is a way you can lead us without really taking the control from us.
3-) Show that you are a hardworker. =)

Just have an imagination, don't be afraid to get into it. If you lay there and expect him to do all the work then it'll seem like you aren't into it and aren't enjoying it. Plus it wouldn't be exciting just having a girl lay there doing nothing. Just get up and be active...no, be proactive.

Contribute to the cause, what do you mean "how?". A dead fish just lays there and thinks it's the guy's job to screw her and either get her off, get him off or both. It's an attitude as much as anything. This is true I think of all things sexual, it's not technique so much as expression. IMO
